The Japan Air Pollution Victims Association collects and sends information to stimulate the resolution of pollution and environmental issues in Japan and around the world. This is achieved by active communication with Environmental NGOs and pollution victims not only in Japan but also in the rest of the world.

In 2008, with the support of the Japan Fund for Global Environment of Environmental Restoration and Conservation Agency of Japan (ERCA), a report meeting was held under the theme of "Learning the reality of pollution damage and victims in Asian Countries and handing down the experience of pollution damage in Japan". There, discussion was held about how to deal with pollution problems, global warming, and transmitting the information regarding experience in pollution damage and rehabilitation and redevelopment of the environment.（Click here for the contents of the report meeting：Japanese report only）
In line with the result of discussion in this meeting, we will participate in the 9th Asia-Pacific NGO Environmental Conference (APNEC-9) to be held in Kyoto in November, 2009 for further fruitful exchange with other organizations.
